Pricing:
Price varies with
the size of the group, the use of the property, and other services requested.
In addition to rates a $300 cleaning fee is added and a $2,000 security
deposit is required. 50% of the rental is due at the time of the reservation.
The balance plus security deposit and cleaning fee is due 30 days before
the reservation starts. A lease is required for all rentals.
